Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance and annoying others on a public beach, according to The Associated Press.

The three charges, the last of which was added by prosecutors on Wednesday, stem from Polizzi's July 30 arrest. The 22-year-old was taken into custody after beachgoers claimed she was bothering them, Seaside Heights police Chief Thomas Boyd said.

Jersey Shore's Ronnie arrested

She was released on a summons later that day.

Polizzi did not appear in court Wednesday. A second hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8. If convicted of all three charges, she would face about $500 in fines.

Polizzi's co-star, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of outstanding warrants from two separate New Jersey townships. Taping for Jersey Shore's third season is currently in progress.

A municipal court judge called Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe" Wednesday and fined the Jersey Shore star $500 for annoying others, according to The Associated Press.

In a court hearing Wednesday, Municipal Court Judge Damian G. Murray ordered Polizzi to perform community service after she pleaded guilty to causing a disturbance at a Seaside Heights, N.J. beach.

Jersey Governor: Jersey Shore is "negative" for our state

According to her attorney, the 22-year-old reality star was under the influence of alcohol when she stumbled around the beach and used loud language that annoyed other beachgoers. Although cameras were rolling, Polizzi said her antics were not scripted as part of the show and apologized to police and anyone else she annoyed. (No word yet on whether annoyed Garden State governor Chris Christie will get an apology.)

Judge Murray did give Polizzi credit for one day of community service that she spent caring for abused animals at a zoo Sunday.

With Angelina a distant Jersey Shore memory, Deena Nicole Cortese, the MTV reality hit's newest cast member, is ready to fill the void in Seaside Heights for the second half of Season 2. So what's this longtime friend of Snooki and self-proclaimed "blast in a glass" all about? caught up with the New Jersey native (yes, a real Jersey girl for once!) to find out what it was like being the new girl in "the family," how she got caught up in the drama between the ladies, and why her parents are all for her joining the show. Plus: Find out which embarrassing (naked) moment caught on tape Deena regrets most.

Ronnie left the club with the help of his boys, as the house was now divided into boys vs. girls pitting sluttiness against machismo in a battle of epic proportions. Sluttiness delivered the first blow (pun almost too easy) at the club, with machismo swinging back by trashing all of sluttiness's stuff. He threw everything outside on the porch, taking time to smash the rest while muttering f-bombs and Crazytown lyrics under his breath.

Certainly, this would be it. The end, definitively. Mike even commented, "Now that's a break-up right there," and I'm assuming he'd seen his share of gnarly ones. Sam eventually came home into the lion's den, but with no lion and all her belongings obliterated out of spite. Then, from the rubble, Sammi pulled out her glasses, smashed to pieces, and it was ON! You can take my dignity and treat me like an animal, but my eye-glasses are sacred. Through most of the episode it was difficult to tell if they were fighting or just engaging in their normal foreplay. Vinny even commented that, "They're gonna bang, like, soon" during one of the more heated exchanges. But it was clear that things might be winding down, mercifully.

Everyone was trying to make sense of the Ronnie/Sammi roller coaster. I hesitate to use the roller coaster metaphor because roller coasters just go all over the place, they're not passive-aggressive, manipulative, drama hounds. Mike, in his second moment of clarity in reference to the "guy code" wondered, "Where's general human code?" If general human code existed anywhere near these people, the show wouldn't exist, and Sammi and Ronnie would have split up without incident in Miami.

The show then tried to temper the heightened drama with some lighter fare as Snooki and Deena, out for some mid-day drinks, tried to emasculate a waiter in tight shorts. I'm not sure what was worse, watching Snooki make love to a plate of nachos, or Deena saying "He had camel toe going on on his penis and everything." That's right. The camel toe was on everything.

Sammi proceeded to gather the girls and bid them a tearful farewell. These, the same girls who only weeks before were looking for any reason to take a swing at her. Watching everyone try to pull off genuine shock at the news of Sammi leaving was entertaining in and of itself. Sammi went to each of the guys individually to break the news of her departure. Pauly even went so far as to say "I hate to see you throw this all away for that," and I swear it took all the powers of GTL to keep him from bursting out laughing. All this?! Really?!

Sammi leaving seemed to perplex Ronnie, and once it got that real it was like nothing ever happened. Now he wanted to talk rationally with Sammi, "as a friend," but Sammi didn't repeat the pattern. She resisted Ronnie's "So you're walking away from this?" And when he started calling her Samantha, you knew it was for real. She somehow found the strength to walk away from "this," weeks and weeks of personal torture spent sharing a room with a rage blackout waiting to happen. Amazing.

Ronnie had an emotional breakdown, clinging to Sammi while sobbing into her shoulder. It was hard to tell if it was a Xenadrine side effect or genuine heartbreak, and before you could laugh at him for being such a sissy, Vinny delivered the most grim "cabs are here" of his charmed life. Never before .

Sammi is only one and there are more housemates left which had something beyond imaginable. Keep on your ground and don't you ever miss to watch Jersey Shore Season 3 Episode 7 online.

We all know how break-ups go: You calmly state your differences, you tell them they're better off without you, you ask for the last year and a half of your life back, you shake hands, and you go on your merry way without a stitch of resentment or bitterness.

If 'Jersey Shore' has taught us anything it's that they have a knack for wrestling "normal" to the ground and beating it with its own hands, all the while screaming "why you hitting yourself?! Why you hitting yourself?!" I don't expect the fallout from Sammi and Ronnie's break-up to be much different. In fact, if I thought Sammi were capable, I wouldn't be surprised if Ronnie woke up with a severed horse's head between his legs.

Unfortunately, as with any break-up, it's the children who suffer. What will become of little Snooki and The Situation? Will they have the strength to hit the gym? Can they find it in themselves to get to Karma? Will they be able to see the bigger picture and lure drunken tourists back to the house with the disorienting mélange of Axe, bronzer and Nicorette? We can only hope.

Mike, like everybody else, was just trying to make sense of the whole Ronnie/Sammi debacle, just to make it stop ... please ... for humanity and all things that don't make us want to punch. The result of this desire was to try to put an end to what Sammi and Ron clearly could not. Ronnie overheard Mike talking with Sammi and bringing up Miami to try to talk some sense into her. Talking sense on 'Jersey Shore' is considered betrayal, and Ronnie couldn't wait to confront The Situation.

Ron made it known that Mike violated Bro Code Section One, Article 3, Sub-heading C, which states that bros must indeed come before hoes. What do you do when things get heated and life pushes you to the edge? That's right, rides! Lots and lots of rides. Pauly and Deena took Ronnie and Sammi to the boardwalk, respectively, for some good old fashioned carnival therapy.

At the end of the day, Sammi came home rubbing it in about how great a time she had rubbing up on shirtless guys wearing backpacks all day, but Ronnie was too busy thinking about confronting Mike to care. "He instigated my mistakes." I don't know what that means, but Ronnie wasted no time letting Mike know how he felt. When Mike tried to defend himself, the Great Bro-Off of 2011 was underway. There's a difference between being neutral and playing both sides, and Mike was just playing neutral.

Then Mike did something extremely insane: He admitted his guilt and asked for forgiveness. This prompted Pauly to exclaim, "Maybe Mike gave him some like, voodoo trick or something like that." One indication that your life is out of balance is when you assume being a decent, humble person is some sort of voodoo magic conjured up by dark spirits of decency.

So, that's it for Ronnie and Sammi, right? They both reiterated their positions and now they will enjoy the rest of the summer with their friends. Not quite. You know, you can only storm out of a room so many times before you simply become "the boy who stormed out of the room." It begins to lose its significance if you do it five or six times a day, like masturbation. But Sammi couldn't let go and Ronnie couldn't articulate his feelings without using the term "man up."

Now Sammi hated Ronnie, finally. Hating him doesn't seem like something that would be difficult to do, but thus began the kind of genital warfare that can get people arrested. Ronnie publicly reserved the "Smush Room" as a message to Sammi that his genitals would be put to good use, if only for spite. Meanwhile Sammi had her vagina locked and loaded, taking aim at any hot guys at the club not named Ronnie, because that's the best way she knows how to get him back. If that's the best way, what's the number two way, having sex with Ronnie II? "If you can find me hot guys and a good time, I'm there."

When Snooki and Deena are advising you just to have some fun without sex, your life has reached a low point. So, Sammi followed their advice -- kind of. She didn't have sex with anyone, but she had dance-sex with a random guy right in front of Ronnie. This relationship has a high road and a low road, but the high road is under construction and just leads you back down to the low road anyway, right in front of an Arby's. Sammi's jealousy overrides her hatred of Ronnie, and this is worse for Sammi's things than it is for Sammi.
