Previously on Skins US we met Tea and we saw Tea go to a lesbian night club and meets Betty and takes her home for sex . Later on, she explains to Betty that she was just a one night stand for her and nothing more. Further more, Tea claims that she doesnt want to get involved in a relationship for she feels no one can mach up with her.
Tea also feels like an outsider even in her own family and confides only in her senile grandmother that she likes girls, but that she gets bored.
She even ends up on a blind date not knowingly with Tony which was arranged by her father .The two of the get drunk on a date and Tony claims that he is her best match .

Tonight a third episode of an American adaptation of Skins hits the airwaves and I can just imagine what kind of shocking revaluations it has in stored for us when we meet Chris .

Well now, I can just imagine what kind of a decisions that could be. What to do with a thousand dollars-something worthy or something stupid and reckless. My best guess is that the second choice could be delivered in Skins Chris.
So far Skins US got some bad reviews by the critics but on the other hand, it is greatly excepted by the viewers and that is far more important for a TV Show for as long as viewers keep watching it, they will keep filming it and as much as I love the UK original version of Skins and as much as I feared Skins US would not match up to it , now after two episodes I can safely say it didn disappoint me even a little bit. It is much alike original Skins but on the other hand, its fresh, its entertaining and it matches the shock effect as much as the original series so I say, bring it on.

Previously on Skins USA Season 1 Episode 2 Tea as Tea goes to a lesbian nightclub, where she meets Betty, a classmate who’s shown interest in her. Tea takes Betty home where the two have sex; Tea later explains to Betty that it was simply a one night stand and didn’t mean anything more than that.
When Betty presses Tea for why she doesn’t want a relationship, Tea explains that she doesn’t feel anyone matches up to her. Tea feels like an outsider in her own family and confides in her grandmother that she likes having sex with girls, but she’s bored. Tea agrees to go out on a blind date arranged by her father, not knowing that her blind date is in fact Tony. The two go on a date and get drunk and Tony tells Tea that he’s her match. Tea takes Tony to a club where the two dance, kiss and then begin to have sex, but stop when Tea begins to laugh, calling it terrible.
At home, feeling confused about who she is and what she wants, Tea seeks solace from her grandmother, who reveals that she was once in love with a woman who ultimately rejected her due to religious and social norms. Meanwhile, Stanley’s worries over his debt to Mad Mao Le Dong intensify when Mad visits the school. Mad follows and then confronts Tea, threatening her and calling her a dyke (which Tea’s father overhears). Mad is then disposed of by Tea’s father and his friends.
